After months of planning, our year-long dream of holding an Artists for Impact event in Washington, DC came true!
As always, we were only able to do this thanks to the generous support of everyone who comes to our events and those who donated to our GoFundMe.
We extend a huge thank you to you all, and are thrilled to have come this far.
For this event, we teamed up with Dwell DC, an incredible creative space. The event was loosely Valentine’s Day themed, so we decorated the space to match!
We decided to donate proceeds to Girls Rock! DC, an organization focused on holding music camps in support of girls and non-binary and trans youth. We succeeded in raising $278 for Girls Rock! DC, as well as $101 for Dwell and $182 for Artists for Impact through our donation jars! We are thrilled with the outcome of this event and cannot wait for the next one. We hope to see you there!
